Ogden, UT – In a move that prepares the firm for a fast-paced future,TechMediaNetwork, Inc. (TMN), announced the appointment of Randy Bambrough, former chief financial officer (CFO) of NextGNetworks, as the company's new CFO.
Bambrough reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder Jerry Ropelato, and will oversee TMN's finance and accounting functions for all divisions of the fast-growing company.
"At NextGNetworks, Randy managed a period of intensive growth very similar to the growth we have experienced this year and intend to continue for the foreseeable future," Ropelato said. "His ability to scale the finance infrastructure of a fast-paced company will be extremely important to TechMediaNetwork as we achieve our goal of becoming the number one digital media publisher in the world."

Bambrough was CFO of NextGNetworks from May 2008 through March 2010. Prior CFO experience also includes six years at InterVideo Inc., and a year at ViewGraphics Inc. Bambrough was also a co-founder of Decide.com, a telecommunications portal website. As CFO, he has taken two companies through successful IPOs. He holds an MBA degree, a Doctor of Management degree from Case Western University and a Post-Doctoral bridge from the University of Florida.
